DLR Kredit next up with ‘no hiccups’ so far for ARM auctions

Nordea Kredit and Nykredit Realkredit wrapped up adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) bond auctions today (Thursday) and BRFkredit is set to finish its sales tomorrow, with an official at BRFkredit saying that “no hiccups whatsoever” have affected the autumn auctions so far.



DLR Kredit Dkr2bn senior secured deal benefits from tightening

DLR Kredit sold a heavily oversubscribed Dkr2bn (Eu268m) October 2016 senior secured issue on Tuesday, benefitting from a tightening of spreads after the ECB rate cut at the beginning of May, according to the issuer and leads.

BRFkredit Group’s pre-tax profit almost doubled in 2012, as a result of increased lending activities, lower costs, and higher earnings from the issuer’s investment portfolios, according to an official at the Danish lender.
